Final Sites

So for Website Design we had to create websites for different customers and we had different ways we could have done it but i decided to do a Wordpress Site, a Blogger Site, and a SquareSpace site.

My first site I did a blog for my fiance who is a English major and she is giving out English tips and hints and the blog is called English Tutors. and here it is...

Next I did a Wordpress Site for a group that I am in on RoosterTeeth.com called RoosterTeethXBoxLive Community Group or RTXBL Community Group for short. But this is a group of people that like to just hang out and play video games like Halo, Left 4 Dead, and many more so here it is....

And finally we had to make a SquareSpace site over one of the two sites that we created and I decided to go with the RTXBL Community Group because well... Idk and I was like Why Not. So here it is....

Team Site

So for Website Design we had to get into teams and make a website for the other team instead of our team. So we had to interview them and they gave us a whatthey wanted and the wanted a website for a restraunt called "Funky Fresh Foods" so thats what we created.

So during my part in the assitgnment I worked on the logo, the wording, the setup, and the colors. It was a fun project but I think if we had a little bnit more time we couldve gotten more done.

A class im taking

So as a Commercial Graphics major a take alot of different courses in different fields like screen printing, web design, photography, and etc. So for todays post im gonna talk about my senior project class.

My senior project class is simply come up with a project that you can work on all year and destroy your social life for doing it. For mine I promoted myself and what I do. but one of the things I created was a website which here is the link. http://www.sleepingferretdesigns.squarespace.com/

Blogger vs. Wordpress

So todays post im gonna talk about the differences between Blogger and Wordpress and how I feel about them. Blogger lets you set a well a blog and thats what it is  but compared to Wordpress, Wordpress is more like setting up a blog website. Wordpress has more website functions then Blogger does so that makes Wordpress better for someone who wants to make a website.

Even though Wordpress is more of a blog website, Blogger is a lot easier to use then Wordpress so for the beginners it would be easier to start with Blogger and then when you feel more comfy with the Interweb then you can move up to something more complex like Wordpress.
